   A large number of music festivals take place regularly in Spain. Wide ranging International Festivals are held in several cities, the two most important being those of Granada and Santander which were instituted in 1952, and music forms part of several seasonal festivals, such as the Madrid Autumn Festival, the GREC Barcelona Summer Arts Festival and the Burgos Summer Festival, which incorporates the Antonio de Cabezón Music Week. More specialized festivals are devoted to areas such as religious music (especially Cuenca), jazz (especially San Sebastián), contemporary music (Alicante, Barcelona, Granada, Madrid and Pamplona), guitar music (e.g. Córdoba, Alicante and Laredo), organ (e.g. León and Mallorca) and early music (e.g. Seville and Pamplona).
